Season One Episode 1 of “The Marriage Ref”, introduces us to two families and you will see there are some quirky things going on. One of the couples are debating the merits of installing installing a stripper pole in the bedroom. Really! The other lovebirds  are having problems with their new stuffed dog!   So you have a little bit of strange and a little bit of bizarre all wrapped into a pretty funny episode.  Not bad for a start. Stay tuned for Thursday’s show.

There is a teaser ad for the ”Marriage Ref” that’s been running in theaters nationwide. It features Seinfeld and “Ref” Tom Papa efforts to fish in Minnesota.  The hard, cold frozen tundra provides an appropriate backdrop to some of the worst pickles couples can find themselves in.
