Marriage Ref Episode 1: Pilot

Season One Episode 1 of “The Marriage Ref”, introduces us to two families and you will see there are some quirky things going on. One of the couples are debating the merits of installing installing a stripper pole in the bedroom. Really! The other lovebirds  are having problems with their new stuffed dog!   So you have a little bit of strange and a little bit of bizarre all wrapped into a pretty funny episode.  Not bad for a start. Stay tuned for Thursday’s show.

New Marriage Ref Commercial

Recently a new commercial has just aired for the marriage ref revealing a few of the guest judges and some of the problems tom papa is soon going to have to face. Alec Baldwin seems to be right it’s not a stripper pole but a “exercise pole”. I cant wait to watch the pilot of the marriage ref which will be airing march 4th after the Olympics and every thursday after.

Marriage Ref Celebrities: Leading By Example?

The star studded show, The Marriage Ref,  has apparently decided to walk on the wild side through its use  of celebrity stars like  twice-divorced pop star Madonna, actor Alex Baldwin, Tina Fey, British comedian Rick Gervais, Eva Longoria, and many others to jazz up the proceedings.  Twice divorced Madonna is indeed an interesting choice given her penchant for outrageous behavior and not so successful track record with relationships.  Perhaps that is exactly what Jerry Seinfeld is looking for…essentially bringing in those who who have danced, albeit not always so successfully,  on the wild side of life.
